Congratulations to our own Stephen Kalb for being awarded the Silver Beaver award. The Silver Beaver award is given for dedicated service to a District beyond service to a particular unit. We all know about the many hours Assistant Scoutmaster Kalb devotes to Troop 502 but you may not know that he is also a Unit Commissioner for 4 La Canada units? For the last two years he has served as the Council Training Chair for the Rose Bowl District. Mr. Kalb will be recognized at the Council's Annual Recognition Dinner on January 31, 2018.
All scouts are invited to attend the Eagle Court of Honor that will be held for Conrad Jensen on Sunday, November 26, 2017 at 5 pm at La Canada Presbyterian Church in the Family Life Center. On November 5, SPL and Eagle Scout Patrick Kalb along with ASPL Drew Pickett helped Cub Scouts from Pasadena's Pack 357 earn their Paws in Action advancement.
